1. Eligibility

1.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

1.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Naturally Playtime Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.

1.3 Entry is open Australia-wide, and the Promoter confirms this giveaway does not require a trade promotion permit under state legislation due to its total prize value being under $5,000.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The promotion commences on Wednesday, 6 November 2025, and closes at 5:00pm (QLD time) on Monday, 1 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

2.2 Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, eligible participants must purchase any Magnatracks product from www.magnatracks.com.au during the Promotion Period.

3.2 Each qualifying purchase constitutes one (1) automatic entry into the draw.

3.3 There is no limit to the number of entries per person — each separate purchase during the Promotion Period counts as a new entry.

3.4 Purchases made outside the official website (e.g., via resellers or marketplaces) are not eligible.

3.5 By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Prize Details

4.1 The prize is one (1) 24V Licensed Mercedes-Benz G63 4WD Ride-On Car for Kids, available in either white or black.

4.2 The total prize value is AUD $800 (inclusive of GST and delivery).

4.3 The prize includes shipping to the winner’s nominated address within Australia.

4.4 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection

5.1 The winner will be determined by a random draw conducted by Naturally Playtime Pty Ltd at 5:30pm (QLD time) on Monday, 1 December 2025.

5.2 The draw will be conducted fairly and transparently using a random selection tool.

5.3 The winner will be announced publicly on the Magnatracks Instagram account and contacted directly via email and/or social media by 6:30pm (QLD time) on the same day.

5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase and identity before awarding the prize.

6. Prize Delivery

6.1 The prize will be shipped by the Promoter to the winner’s nominated Australian address within 14 business days of the winner confirming their details.

6.2 The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after the prize has been dispatched.

6.3 The Promoter will cover all standard shipping costs within Australia.

7. General Conditions

7.1 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms.

7.3 If for any reason the promotion cannot be run as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion subject to regulatory approval.

8. Privacy

8.1 Personal information collected during the promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of this promotion and contacting the winner.

8.2 By entering, participants consent to the publication of their first name and state on the Promoter’s Instagram account and/or website if they win.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) arising directly or indirectly from:

• (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
• (b) any theft, unauthorized access, or third-party interference;
• (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected; or
• (d) any prize or part of a prize that is unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control.
